Hotel Aristro Lonavala

The restaurant breakfast was tasty and of good quality. the room service was efficient, keeping the rooms and premises clean. the staff were polite and helpful towards families with children by providing timely food. although the pool view from the pool view rooms was not clear from the room, the pool area was accessible and well-maintained.

This is one of the best hotel in lonavla food was extremly yummiiii. Staff n reception both are very coprative. I would definitely prefer this hotel.

Great for a one-night stay since it's conveniently located close to Ryewood Park, and the Khandala district is definitely worth exploring!.

The spacious room was a delight, making my stay comfortable. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a swimming pool and play area available. The breakfast spread was amazing, providing a variety of delicious food. the hotel location is great being close to the city center and Lonavala market.

Location-wise it is in a pretty good spot with easy access to transportation. The room was spacious enough for us, and the swimming pool was a good relief from the hot weather.

Our stay during Christmas was a bit disappointing. The breakfast was not good and left us hungry.

Clean facilities and helpful staff. We especially appreciated the cleanliness of the premises and the helpfulness of the staff. We found the staff to be accommodating, especially when it came to assisting us with our young child. the food served in the restaurant was tasty and of good quality.

Poor communication and inconsistent information. Unfortunately, we had some issues with communication between different departments, and at times we received conflicting information.

We really enjoyed our romantic escape at this hotel. The views from our room were just breathtaking! The pool was also fantastic and we spent most of our time lounging by it. The location was perfect for us - within walking distance to great restaurants and shops. We also appreciated the attentive staff who were always available to help us when needed. a great stay!

This hotel has an excellent location, being just a short walk from the town center and its many shops and restaurants. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with great views from some of them. the staff is friendly and attentive, always on hand to help with any questions or requests. the breakfast is delicious and filling, with a good variety of options to choose from. the hotel also boasts some fantastic facilities, including a clean and well-maintained swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

The hotel does not have a lift, which may be an issue for some guests with mobility issues.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The premises were squeaky clean and the staff was helpful. They provided timely food for my 1-year-old daughter. The food served at the restaurant was delicious. Room service was prompt and convenient.
